Match Report - 6th Septmember 2009
The Bs were thrown by a strong start by the Under 15Bs who took a well deserved 0-3 lead in the first half. Their finishing was clinical as they had only five chances in the half. Sid had the Bs best chances but it was a disjointed first half display. It took the Bs 11 minutes to get a goal back, well finished by Sid, but then the game was turned by a 3 minute hatrick by Russ. Then the Under 15Bs levelled with a strong shot by their impressive striker but, in the last minute, Luis made an instant impact as sub, coming off the bench and scoring with his first touch to win the game. Ciaran, who had not had a chance to train, was very impressive at left back and centre back to take the man of the match award. |
